We have been asked by Konica Minolta to provide a Pipeline Management campaign whereby we will look to find new potential customers now, and in the short and meduim term.

Our work with Dalkia continues, most recently we have asked to provide a brand awareness survey as Dalkia grows and expands. We will attempt to find out what deicision makers really know about Dalkia, about what they do, and how they service their clients.

Dalkia is one of the leading providers of energy and integrated facilities services to businesses throughout the UK and Ireland. Established in the UK for over 30 years, we provide solutions developed in partnership with client organisations in both the private and public sectors.

We have also in the past provided business opportunities for Dalkia in Appointment Setting form with great success.

Many of you will be aware of our efforts to help the NSPCC by providing free telemarketing for there campaigns.

One event that is being held in Kent on the 18th Septemeber is the Dragons Boat Race. The event is a fun day out for 15 teams to race against eachother and raise money at the same time.

It’s a fun day organised by an experience company on behalf of the NSPCC. After a brief period of tuition on the shore you and your team mates will row a long canoe like boat with a dragon head, against other teams and the clock, across the waters of Bewl Reservoir under supervised conditions.

You can invite your supporters, family and friends for a great day out. Other entertainments on the day will include a family fun fair and climbing wall for you and your supporters plus you get to have full access to Bewl Water attractions. D ragon Boat Racing becomes really competitive and you will need all the support you can get! There will be the incentive of a prize for the fastest and runner up team and for the team who comes in the most imaginative dragon boat attire

Appointment Setting Is a Thing of the Past

For years Appointment setting has been the most popular service that a telemarketing company has to offer.

The opportunity to raise new business prospects through this form of telemarketing gives companies the opportunity to get in front of the potential client almost immediately. But what down sides does this have?

Many companies use telemarketing as a short sharp answer to there sales slumps and most recent promotions.

EB Marketing is trying to educate there clients on the positives steps of Pipeline Management and what it has to offer. A perfect example is that many companies will do a campaign that lasts bewteen two and four weeks, within that time we will try to create as many opportunites as possible, qualifying every opportunity. But what you are hoping for is that within those two to four weeks a company is looking at a specific area that you can identify as an opportunity.

With Pipeline Management the enthesis is the same, we try to make qualified appointments for those who have a requirement, but with one small difference. We also try to built a pipeline of opportunity, we will find out when the company tend to review this area, who makes the review, who they are currently using, so you know who your competing against, and gather the data that will insure when the review does take place you are in a positive position to take that advantage. Over a 4 week period you can imagine the extra data that is gathered and the more opportunities that will arise from it over a period of three to six months.
