Contact Analysis

The following categories are those used as standard by telemarketing professionals, however if you already use categories for your own internal purposes we are happy to discuss any changes at the consultancy meeting.

Time-scales used are those that most commonly apply however, these can change in accordance with the telemarketing campaign requirements.

Short Term Sales Lead

  • A contact's requirements fit with the products and services offered by our client.
  • Is intending to make a decision to purchase within 6 months.
  • Details such as budget, availability and decision-making process' have been determined.

Long Term Sales Lead

A Long Term Lead contains the same criteria as a Shot Term Lead but with a desicion to purchase within 12 months.

Call-Back lead

  • A contact states that the product or service will be of interest, but on a longer-term basis.
  • Information might be forwarded and a date will be agreed for a return phone call.

Not Interested

All contacts that express no interest in the products or services being marketed will be entered on a list. In as many instances as possible the reason for the contact's disinterest will be ascertained.
