Short Term Sales Lead
- A contact's requirements fit with the products and services offered by our client.
- Is intending to make a decision to purchase within 6 months.
- Details such as budget, availability and decision-making process' have been determined.
Long Term Sales Lead
A Long Term Lead contains the same criteria as a Shot Term Lead but with a desicion to purchase within 12 months.
Call-Back lead
- A contact states that the product or service will be of interest, but on a longer-term basis.
- Information might be forwarded and a date will be agreed for a return phone call.
Not Interested
All contacts that express no interest in the products or services being marketed will be entered on a list. In as many instances as possible the reason for the contact's disinterest will be ascertained.
